A 20% discount is available on all 2009 bookings where the deposit is paid before 31st December 2008.

A 25% discount will be given on all 2009 rentals paid in full before 31st December 2008.
 

All weekly rental fees will be payable in UK pounds only. Payment can be made by cheque, direct bank transfer, Paypal account or credit/debit card. Please note that a small surcharge will be added for debit and credit cards to cover bank fees. To make a booking, please contact us at info@pisaniproperties.com and state your preferred payment method. For cheques, we will send you full payment details including our postal address. For Paypal and credit/debit card payments, we will email you an e-invoice which you can pay online immediately. We accept all the cards shown below.

Bookings are subject to a 30% deposit and the reservation will only be confirmed once this amount has been received and cleared. The remainder must then be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the rental start date. If this amount is not received in time, Pisani Properties reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain all or part of the deposit, depending upon the circumstances and the time left before the start date. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before the required start date, the full amount must be paid immediately to secure the reservation.
