We mainly offer properties to the south of Naples, Campania, in the villages, hills and mountains surrounding the valley of the River Sele. This is a rural area of olive groves and windy roads, where there are still ruins to be found at reasonable prices and good value village houses. The properties are not in busy, expensive tourist locations but in quieter, more relaxed and, to our minds, far more interesting villages, where you will get a feel of the real Italy. Most of the properties are located in regions of breathtaking natural beauty and panoramic landscapes. Naples, the Amalfi and Cilentan coasts, Pompeii, Salerno and many more interesting places are within easy reach, and sandy beaches are less than an hour’s drive away. The region offers plenty of attractions, has excellent walking with very friendly locals and many cultural activities. The villages remain largely unspoilt with small scale farming being the principal source of income.

Italian property purchasing laws can be very confusing, complex and expensive at the best of times.
